01What happens during the trial?
14 days of full Growth-tier access. No credit card required. You can register AI systems, run risk classifications, assign controls, and generate records from day one.
02Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
03What happens if I cancel?
Your data stays intact in read-only mode. You can export all AI system records, evidence, and audit logs at any time. Nothing is deleted automatically.
04Is Attevera a SOC 2 / ISO / general-GRC tool?
No. Attevera is an AI Act specialist for Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. Art. 5 / 6(3) / Annex III classification, Art. 9–15 high-risk obligations, Art. 50 transparency, Art. 4 literacy, and Art. 73 serious-incident reporting are encoded natively. If you need SOC 2 evidence collection or ISO 27001 program management, a horizontal platform like Vanta or Drata is a better fit — and most customers run the two alongside each other.
05What does Attevera not cover?
Attevera is for deployers and product teams shipping AI into production. It does not cover GPAI foundation-model provider obligations (Articles 51–56) or sector-specific conformity assessment regimes for Annex I embedded products (medical devices, aviation, etc.). It is also not legal advice — we help you operate the record; qualified counsel reviews it.
06Do you offer annual plans?
Yes — annual billing saves 17% (you pay for 10 months, get 12). Toggle between monthly and annual above the plan cards. Annual is the default.
07Who provides the service?
Attevera is the product and brand name. Subscriptions, invoices, order forms, and enterprise agreements are provided by Rootlab LLC.
08Is my data secure?
All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security and organization-scoped isolation. Audit trails are append-only. No data is shared across organizations.
